Technical Delivery Manager

A technical delivery manager (TDM) is responsible for the delivery of technical products or services to a client or customer. 

They work with a team of professionals to ensure that the technical delivery is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 

TDMs are an important part of agile development teams. They use their skills in communication, administration, leadership, and technology to remove obstacles that could delay the completion of a product.
